Anti Roll Bar - Citi Golf Sport

Post by Wolf Mk2 16V »

Hi Guys,

The suspension refresh is underway on my Designa and I just found out something weird... She has an anti roll bar at the back, but not the front!

Does anyone know the model/configuration of the anti roll bars and if it is possible to retrofit? Anyone have one for sale?

If I remember correctly, it works well with only the rear one in place.
Reduces roll but lets the front still keep the wheels in contact with the road during corning.

But i could be mistaken.

I think the CTi had front and rear rollbars.

Rather make sure you have the lower strut braces on the chassis legs.

CTi and gti had front and back. For racing cars that is the first thing we remove in the front anyway. Yes it limits body roll but lifts the inside wheel. Really don't bother to retrofit.

Perfect Power dealer. I do dyno tuning.
