Hi All

I drive a mk1 citi 1.6i stock standard ... It was driving well until I did service and changed the cambelt , the timming was set correctly (well i guess) it starts on the first kick but then when you accelerate especially when cold , white smoke comes from the axhaust and it cuts off.. as it goes it will pick up but ive noticed a huge loss of power compared to before the service.

Changed the water sensor.
Took off and cleaned the map sensor with a Carb Cleaner
Cleaned the throttle body

But it still does the something.....😢😢

Now the question is ,
1* Can the timming be the cause of the Overfueling and cutting of ?
2* Or I should just change the map sensor ?

Please kindly assist

Start by rechecking on the work you have done. Almost sure your timing is out.
