Keen to see an explanation and full kit to get a whole picture of the kit. What is included and what needs to be purchased separate to complete the kit.

Would be awesome.

Dear God. A one stop solution for the single greatest MK1 weekness is of massive interest.

Pics and pricing is a must.

Question? This for a 020 gearbox and deletes the clutch cable, correct?

Can also be adapted for use with 02* gearboxes, AKA cableshift gearbox?

I would think that 020 rod box will need a a piston cylinder attached to the arm on the gearbox. Has seen some pictures on vortex of a few.

Cable shift should be easier with this bracket and a slave cylinder that is piped to the cylinder on gearbox.

There is some 020 gearboxes fitted to I think Polo Vibo’s that has an integrated cylinder on the 5th gear casing. Same should apply as cable shift gearboxes.

This bracket is just to fit a master slave cylinder on a Mk1 clutch pedal.
I will see if I can get a couple of the cylinders for a good price.

retrofication.co.uk makes a similar kit and bracket to this one that the OP is showing and asking interested parties about. Comment placed as reference and not to derail the OP's post.

Hi,, no my bracket is not for an 020 box unless you fit the golf 4 box that looks like the 020 boxes but it's hydraulic.
