advice needed fuel pump casing broken

hi all, vw caddy 2006 panelvan, had a few problems since december 2017, car feels like it chokes when i accelerate, then manifold intake makes like a cluck noise, after playing with pedal for a minute or more she then starts revving up, she gets to like 4000 then sounds like she starves,get e onto 1st gear then she pulls slow as hell, she eventually starts moving,i start going through gears and she feels like on a carb that second stage wont open, now i changed maf,coil pack, fuelpump fuel filter plugs etc, wen she gets diagnostic its says fuel relay, changed that twice. ok so i dropped the tank, and discovered that the fuel pump housing has a huge hole in it, replacing it the weekend, could that be the problem? or i also see oil the bottom of my new plugs, could it be oil rings that can cause the car not to move, and then start moving after a couple of hundred meters,cause i cant even get like to 3000 rpm for like 500 meters. need help please
