Golf 1 window winder not working

Hi guys my Citi Xcite 2009 , driver window wont go up or down ive stripped the door card and found that the wire attached to the window is still there but is not connected to the bottom roller part , and the window winder itself wont turn .

I was due to have two window mechanisms repaired last December, but the Jetta was nicked before I could have the repairs done. They essentially repair the window winder machanism for you.

Pricing also appeared to be quite decent.
