Warning light fuse keeps blowing( Vw Polo Playa)

[Vw Polo 1.4i driver]

This started after i replaced my break light bulbs, but instead of installing twin bulbs and installed single bulbs. But then the only problem i had was , when i break then my park lights go on , then i changed it to the correct bulbs , and then my warning light Fuse started blowing.
