Setting of domingos system on a turbo setup

Hi guys,

My brother's got his hands on a Laser 2l Turbo with the 2000 Domingo system and the car is not tuned/setup properly. Any idea who will be able to set it properly?

Topsport developments are masters with the Domingoes (011) 397 4648
