Ok so it does not seem to be that "black box", yesterday afternoon went to "BatteryWorldPtaEast" and we put his one onto my car and plugged the vacuum pipe back in. Car still did not Rev up stayinbg at about 2500 RPM's. then after holding the accelerator for a bit, rev'd up... But then gave "Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation" error..

Thank for you assistance "BatteryWorldPtaEast". It is really appreciated..

That's freaking weird. Did you clear error codes after changing the box?

Hmmm.... I actually forgot about that..
But I don't think there were any errors, when we fitted the other box.. Normally the engine light goes on when it gave those errors..
After we plugged in that box and pushed the vacuum pipe in, the engine light was still off and after holding the accelerator down and it rev'd up, the engine light them came on...

Or could it have given that error with engine light off... ??

I don't know. Probably not. But what I'm thinking is the car may have been in limp mode already.

At this point, I'd be phoning 011 840 8000 and asking to have a word with Morne about when you can book the car in.

I wonder if the vacuum actuator on the VNT is perhaps sticky - not opening when it should once the vacuum has pulled it closed.

I think that would be about the best bet to try and see where the problem is.... But wanted to leave that as my last resort..

I Initially thought it was the actuator.. But when I stripped the turbo off, it did not feel sticky.. Was moving freely when I pushed the actuator....
When the car starts the actuator pulls in, when all the vacuum pipes are connected.

Problem has been resolved about 2 weeks ago, It was relating to 2 things in my case...

1st thing was the actuator rod adjustment was not correct. That is the reason the car would not Rev up properly and most probably reason gave the boost errors, cause the fins were not opening and closing correctly.

2nd thing was the Injectors, they were damaged/not working correctly and due to that the car was not fueling correctly and there also power loss.

Car seems to be running very nice and smooth.. But still getting used to the diesel loud sound..

The car has been running for 2 weeks now, last week I put in R300 Diesel and got 450km of that... (the guy @ shell put 500ppm due to them not having 50ppm).

Sunday night I filled up, It just hit reserve. I filled up about 51L and cost me R572(this was the 50ppm @shell). I drove 370km so far and the needle has jus moved slightly down.. I am so happy with the consumption, seems very light... :hurray: :hurray:

I want to specially thank G60 for all his assistance and helping me sorting out the problem for me... I really appreciate it, was struggling to get this sorted and took to a few guy and they couldn't sort it out.. Thanx again....

What did you do to resolve your injector problem? New injectors or refurbish existing?

I got a set of 2nd hand injectors.. But if you getting 2nd hand injectors, make sure u get them from a reliable source. Cause the holes on the nozzles are so fine that they could be damaged by jus droping them and trying to clean them, etc...
