the 16" wheels when this low is bouncy and impacts my braking ability

Yip, I will go with the 17z any day. With the 15z the tyre needs to be stretched and the car has to be low low low.

The 15"s have a nice ride and makes it look very tame, but I think the 17"s suited the Caddy better...I'll be fitting another set soon. 17 x 8J 2-piece spit, made in Germany

13's-15's look great. Some 16's even. 17's and up I don't like.

if you prepared to pay R1k for a 13" tire you might as well get 16/17" tires which are more practical and easier to obtain.
