Hi Guys,
Wondering if someone had this issue previously or maybe knows what else I can actually check.
Car in question is a 9n3 Gti. Things done in the last few weeks/months when this started. AGN tappet cover, new brake booster and brake master.
The car will start up and drive fine. I've literally only driven it to the garage which is 2km away from my house. If I switch the car off it will not start. In this time the fuel pump does not prime. The car just swings but refuses to start. I've scanned the car and it throw a few short to ground errors. Let the car cook down and it seems to start up like nothing happened. Seen a few threads which all suggested changing the fuel pump relay which I have done. Issues still persists. The only ground wire location that changed was the coilpack harness on the tappet cover.
Any suggestions as to what and how else can I check? I've attached pictures of the location of the ground and the errors which come up.

Re: 1.8T Electrical Issues
I suggest you open up the loom casing and test for continuity on each injector for ground, start there. I'm not sure how your wiring is done on your setup.
You can use a multimeter, put the ignition key on.

Re: 1.8T Electrical Issues
Just an update. Problem seems to have fixed itself. No clue what the issue was but it hasn't given an issue again since then.

Yeah it was some years ago. Never had any issues with that.dcmk4 wrote:Polo things?
