1.8 T not boosting ,burns oil

I recently did the entire engine on my agu , top and bottom end the car ran fine until today . At first it started smoking intermittently , on idle there was lots of white smoke then I drove a while ,it disappeared but it still smells of oil . I'm also pretty sure i have no boost or very little boost . The diverter valve doesn't make a sound and it feels pretty slow . The car also refused to go above 1.5k rpm at one point ,no matter how far I pushed the accelerator but that was remedied after switching the car on and off . Please advise ,I've sunk so much money into this engine already
