My answer to RTV on manifold is a big NO.
RTV makes clumps on the inside that you don't see and once heat cycled a few times that hardened pieces breaks off and goes into the turbine wheel, bye-bye turbo.

Try your local Bosch service centres or a turbo rebuild centre close to you for stock on those steel gaskets.

You can get them from MrTurbo in Jetpark

I'm with Jo on this one.

Any sort of sealant on turbo manifolds is a bad idea.

OEM gaskets or equivalent is best.

Seen guys use firegum applied with a cement mixer on turbo inlet gaskets, and other completely cringeworthy stuff.

The OEM 4 exhaust gaskets on the head are capable of handling the heat, just ensure the branch flanges and head surface is completely flat for a good seal and use copper nuts with a shoulder for proper clamping force when tightened up.

Don't use normal bolts and spring washers as they come loose during heat cycles.

Agreed, cooper nuts with studs solved my issues.
