I use them on 1.9 6speeds. Never ever had a problem. Chatter is also minimal, not bad unless u crawling in between 2 buildings

Running the same kit on my car, ironically they don't list one for the 6 speed MK4 but the 6 speed TDI kit is a direct fit.
