I have the 2014 Tiguan 1.4 TSI Bluemotion (118kw)
It drives fine and I have no issues, but one question if someone with a similar car can give some feedback I will highly appreciate it.
Whenever I drive, but long enough for it to get up to normal heat, so driving for more than say 20 minutes at least from cold start, if I switch the car off, the fan would come on, basically 99% of the time. Is it normal for the fan to come on so often? I do understand it is cooling down the oil again or the turbo or something but I have never heard over cars do this and none of my previous cars did this.
It doesnt seem to get too hot or anything so not sure.
Engine oil temperature goes to around 100 degrees when driving normal and 105 to 110 when driving 140 or so for long times
