Engine Light Golf 7 GTI
Hi Guys
I fitted an Intake on the car and now I got an Engine Light on the dash, After fitting the intake I started and drove the car for about 1KM no lights was on today after driving the light came on. All I did was removed the standard box and blocked off 1 pipe and fitted the Intake. Did I miss somthing?
Please assist

Re: Engine Light Golf 7 GTI
What intake did you fit?
What pipe did you block off?
Did you reconnect the small vacuum pipe on the intake?

Re: Engine Light Golf 7 GTI
It was my stupidity, I blocked of a vacuum pipe I was not supposed to, The engine light was cause by the intake manifold, flaps was not closing due to the vacuum being blockedpanic-mechanic wrote: ↑Tue Jan 08, 2019 8:19 am Awesome that you shared the fix with people. Re: Engine Light Golf 7 GTI
What intake did you go with? Satisfied with the results? Asking, as I'm considering the R600 intake

Re: Engine Light Golf 7 GTI

Re: Engine Light Golf 7 GTI
I also hear a lot of good things about the R600, but a lot of the stuff I read says its most beneficial from Stage 2 setups...my car is still stock so I dont think it'll make a substantial difference lol
