All depends on which dyno you ran on, as not all are the same... should expect around 400+hp with k04 hybrid.

As for watermeth, cool boost has some nice features which you can research.

With all those mods, the only way to go is to get it tuned by a proper tuner who can do a custom map on a dyno, not just someone that plugs a laptop in and loads a file on the ECU.

ive done software twice with two different tuners and still have the same result

1 - Where are you based?
2 - What dyno did you make those numbers on?
3 - Who did your hybrid?
4 - Those internals listed should be fine, so long as the engineer you use does not mess things up you should be okay. While you rebuilding you might want to get your VVT Gear, Chain etc checked, Injectors tested as well as your oil pump
5 - With the right setup and tune you can expect to make around 280wkw 550nm or there about at about 1.8bar boost

Proper file that’s tuned for our climate/altitude and fuel will get you in the region of 260-280kw depending on boost levels and fuel etc etc etc.

While everything is off maybe check the actuator and make sure it’s got the correct amount of tension on it.

hi there

in terms of fuel pump, is your in tank pump still stock?
i have a similar build with stock internals. first tuner was the laptop guy who locked my ecu so other tuners could not access it per say
he told me to fix my fueling issues and come back. but he was one of those plug and play tuners and i really regret taking it to him.
the car would splatter and bogg when you try to foot it. i fitted a new in tank pump and used vortex hpfp upgrade kit.

took the car to another tuner who told me he couldn't access my ecu via the port and had to remove the ecu and do it old school via a 'bench coder'
this meant that the ecu was coded, fitted to car, then dyno'd. this process was repeated until he said the car is at its best.

it now makes 225wkw 436nm. when launching hard through gears, on 3rd gear it will break up and if you continue to hold down the accelerator it will clear. further to this my spark plugs are white so i know i have a fueling issue.

it is so hard to believe a tuner these days as it seems they are all in it for the money and not ensuring cars run properly. just want to know to in terms of hardware, what to do about fueling.

thanxxx

Speak to Thanas tuning, true custom files and real effort knowledge and passion goes into the cars he works with. I have a long journey with terrible tuners and couldn't be happier with what I have now.

Well done noob san something. You revived a year old thread of which the original poster has NEVER been back since he posted it....

Also not sure - are you asking a question or making a statement. What is the actual question if you are asking one?.
