Shell and Liquid Moly oil

Hi guys , doing an oild change on a 2/20v turbo in a golf1
which oil you recommend from the below

Shell helix ultra 5w-40 full synthetic or Liquid Moly Molygen 5w-40 full synthetic

The question you need to ask yourself, If you need to top up oil....how easy would it be to get liqui moly again in order to top up? Shell you just drive to a shell gerage and top up. I wanted to get Liqui moly for my car recently but then saw someone else ask this same question which made sense to me.

Got one on BMWfanatics, havent really thought of doing one here tbh.
Yeah i mis the polo but the 120d is so much better and the torque and fuel consumption great.
But thanks bud, will see if i can get some decent pictures taken and will post some.
