have to do a bit of maintenance as the gasket between the turbo and manifold gave intoday on the big Z after lap 10 ... but she was as reliable as a hammer today!
will post some pics of the repairs tomorrow...

Do you gave a bracket to head from turbo and bracket from downpipe to block and a flex joint installed?

The heat and stresses on turbo flange bolts from the turbo and down pipe causes movement on gasket and fails after some time.

i welded the turbo onto the manifold coz i was sick of tightening the nuts, be it copper nuts, stainless nuts, nyloc nuts, deez nuts....

in the process i moved the ext waste gate to where it is now, it was and old exh housing that i had laying around so i still have my original housing
the screamer is also welded onto the waste gate coz my tap broke off in the threads so i punished it....
also built a new down pipe to give some much needed room for the screamer pipe...
must say it sounds amazing!
just need to bend the tubes (brake line bundi tube for the boost controller ) more aesthetically pleasing and tuck them away under the rain tray...
then move the fuel lines over to the other side of the shock tower

just to let youz know, if it doesn't melt the vacuum lines why would it bother the cambelt... but i intend to make a heatshield in the near future
