My FWP is going to finish in about 8k km. Not sure if I should go DP or SW first. Can't wait to see the results.

Get a dp first with cat fooler then add software later when you're ready, that way you can take advantage of hardware mods.

i was thinking stage 1 SW, then add DP after a while, then go stage 2 SW after a while after that. and then if money and time permits go K04.

^^^Lots of coming and going for this and that... It is your choice at the end of the day bud, but the way I have done it always is to get all the hardware stuff done and go to a tuner only once to have a file loaded after all the hardware has been taken care of.

makes 100% financially doing it this way. but i want to feel/experience the differences in the car after each change. will make the car feel different each time and i wont get bored so soon. i know when i did the turbo and SW on the Polo it was like a different car all over again and i loved that.

Is there an intake available for your car? An intake and dp swop should already make a nice difference. But you should get a good gain doing stage 1 then dp then intake then stage 2. I don't believe in stage 2 without an intake as the car is requesting a lot of boost and that stock intake smotheres it a little.

Yeah you do but it's not easy to find and because it's not a common item it's not that cheap too. That's exactly the plan I have for the order of mods. I was told that with S1 SW I should get a 30% gain on my car. that will bring me up to 260whp and 435nm if true. Time will tell. I will most probably do SW in December. Will be a sleeper if the gains are true. The biggest thing that I am looking forward to on the SW side is making power after 5000rpm. Audi tuned these cars that way so the 155kw versions to feels stronger.

260whp? That sounds a bit....optimistic.

Yeah does sound optimistic hey. That's why I say time will tell. Would be great if it is true.

Here is why I think I was told 30%. My motor is a detuned 155kw motor. It is rated at 132kw/180hp from the factory. After SW the 155kw and the 132kw is said to push the same figures. That's why the percentage gained is so high on the 132kw motor. My car however already did +-150kw/202.6hp at the wheels which is already way above the factory claimed. If the 30% still applies then it's going to make good power because of the good base that it's starting on. But as I said before, time will tell.

What is your motor code? Is it the same as the 155kw 350nm valve lift motor? With revo2, dp and intake I think you're looking at 240hp 400nm on pump with +10 & 20 with nf or hekspis. Do you have a kkk or ihi turbo?

The 2.0T B8's have the IHI turbo. I made 168 awkw (225hp) and 360/370nm stock on the 155kw motor @ ALB

Engine code is CDNB. The 155kw is CDNC. Some say that they are the same motor with the 132kw just detuned and some say the 132kw only has valve lift only on the exhaust side but the 155kw has valve lift on both intake and exhaust. The valve lift helps with the torque and these motors respond very well to mods. Car has the IHI turbo.

And that's on all 4 wheels! Audi really underrated these cars. Your car is still stock if I remember correctly hey?

When I get the SW done I'll definitely update with the gains with just SW.
