I changed gasket and took cylinder head for engineering but keeps pour water to oil section.
What can it be?

Check
if correct gasket was fitted
Cylinder head bolts tighten to correct spec
Could be block is crack
You will have to perform a cylinder head leakage test

Also check the heat exchanger on the oil filter housing.
These are known for rusting through and causing oil and water to mix.
