ABF 16v Camshaft HELP

Hello readers,

I am looking for sport camshafts for my 2.0 16v ABF. The engine is fitted with 2x 40mm Weber DCOE, Spaghetti manifold and 60mm powersprint.

I have 283° camshafts right now, but i dont want to lose all the power down below. I daily drive my car, but i do drive it sporty. I often rev my engine up to high rpm´s, but I want the power to be in the low-mid range.

I am considering the next camshafts:
266°/262°
268°/268°
279°/268°

I dont wan't to change any engine parts for the camshaft such as valve springs or so.

What do you guys think will be the best camshaft for my engine setup, driving style and daily use.
