2007 Mk1 1.4i loses power on right turn

Good Day
i have a problem with my MK1 velo, as soon as my fuel tank is on half and i turn right while driving it loses power more like not getting enough fuel,i have changed the fuel filter with all the piping also checked the wiring at the pump, but still does it on a half a tank, when tank it full then i have no problem with the car, please assist if possable
