2006 CITI CARB STARTING ISSUE

Hi,
I drive a 2006 citi, carb.
A few days ago the car stopped idling. Checked and the whole carb was loose.
Removed it, cleaned it out and fitted it back. Car was moving ok for close onto four days.
This morning, I tried starting the car as normal. Pulled the choke out. Car idled for a few seconds and then cut off. Checked the carb and its still tight in place.
The engine swings, I smell the fuel in the engine bay when I over flood it. But doesn't want to start.
Any advise?
