HI GUYS, I will try to be as specific as possible with my Issue.

I drive a Polo classic 97 model stock standard, it is a 1.8injection. My issue is that SOMETIMES it would just crank and won't start, after a few tries of turning it on and off, it would start. What I have also picked from the is that, when I turn it on it doesn't open throttle at all, OR I would turn it on, but it would only open throttle and send fuel after a few seconds, then it would start WITH A KICK start...the only time it would start normally is when I turn it on and it opens throttle immediately. 1.8i Mp9 engine, please help
