Mk2 won't accelerate

Hi members.

I have a jetta MK2cli problem.

When Im driving it within 2kms it will feel like its jerking,
When I press the accelerator hard it doesn't speed up.
I changed the acceleration cable, plugs, clutch coil pack, petrol pump, petrol filter also put in injector cleaner but I still have the problem.

NOTE THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN I PRESS HARD ON THE ACCELERATOR.
