I have a EGI motor and want to put it in my figo. Im not very technical but think it would be cool. I do not know where to start and there is nothing happening on the st club forum.
Does anyone know if it will be a massive conversion or will stuff just magically fit
Any advice will be helpfull.

That is not a simple "plug-and-play" conversion... especially if you are not very technical.
First thing would be "will the motor fit directly onto the existing gearbox" - If it does, it should be much easier.
Otherwise you will have to get motor and box fitted as a whole and work from there.
This will by no means be an easy conversion, but I am guessing it will be a fun car to drive!
Also, the figo is based on the older Fiesta, so the brakes from the ST150 could be a straight swop if you are looking for some increased stopping power with the increase in power.

By EGI engine I assume you mean the Mazda FE3N (2.0i 16v). It will not be a straight conversion and definitely will not fit onto the Figo gearbox. A few have been done into Boet Bantam (Bantam III) Fiesta shape before the Figo "Fiesta". But its lots of work. Even fitting it into the Mazda 323 BF ? Rustler is not that easy anymore since the parts have become supper scarce. The fitment of that engine into the 323BF was a local development. The powertrain had to be moved forward in the engine bay, radiator upgraded. It meant different engine & gearbox mountings, revised lower gearbox cross member, drive shafts, wiring etc etc.

What about the ST motor. More or less same shape as the figo think its the mk1 fiesta st. Will that motor be straight swop in the figo

The Fiesta ST 1 used a Ford version of the 2.0L Mazda LF aluminium engine. Ford probably did a lot of R&D to fit it into the body that was essentially designed for the 1.4 & 1.6 engines. It should be easier if one could get a "donor" ST to source parts from.
The same happened when Samcor fitted the F series 626 engines into the local 323BF. Although the final products were approved by Mazda in Japan a lot of local components had to be developed and parts sourced from other Mazda models parts bins to eventually have an approved product that passed all the various regulations.

You sure know your Mazda's
Many my idea is just to much. Think ill get another mk1 and just fit a abf motor.
Think having n figo with a nice motor maybe running throttles would be cool but one big job
