Vw golf 1 1.4 2005 model

My golf 1, 2005 is hanging lower on one side,I have change shocks+shock mountings and springs. It is still lower. Can you please help me to find out where the problem is

its normal for them to be slightly lower on the drivers side.

which side is lower?
