None so far... Got a dizzy cap from rowland last week.

Got the flange back but not happy with the result. Was even trolling the web for throttles or abf intake with throtlle body.

However i will be steeling with pride to get flange made up as per images or similar. Will get the flange back on thursday or friday. Made a dummy flange out of steel now they will make it out of aluminium again.ImageImageImageImageImage

The plastic parts are brittle that hold the cable... Also thought it easier to use the single throttle rather than the dual butterfly... nd its oval... So getting the right size fitting js an issue as mikes did not send the air fitting along.

Hopefully this will not cost me too much kw...

Great news.... Small things left to do...

Another question. One the 16v dizzy why does it turn so difficult vs the 8v in terms of adjusting the ignition timing?

Should i elbow grease the rubber seal? Or would that not help at all?

The o-ring is forming a tight seal and makes it harder to turn. You can smear a thin layer of vaseline on to help a bit. I would not worry too much about it being tight to turn the casing.

Are you going to leave it with a sharp edge? Any particular reason for that?

No reason... Should it be more rounded in the smaller part of the tapper?

Would this negatively affect airflow?
