Why would you want to convert it to carburetor?

You might very well 'simplify' your engine and have less wires but I doubt you'll be able to maintain it as easily going with a carburetor versus a modern aftermarket EFi system. Especially considering the engine in your car has pretty much everything you already need to install an aftermarket EFi system.

Why don't you go and get yourself a donkey car. Was used before a car, so must be simpler right?

Cut a hole in the floor and push it forward with your feet.

Do this after you remove the engine, gearbox, seats, wiring, lights, roof and glass. While you are busy get rid of the rest of the car too.

There simplest car you will ever own.
