You will need a VR6 motor to start with.
Add in a VR6 gearbox as the Polo one will not bolt onto the VR motor.
Stir in some custom engine and gearbox mountings.
Add a pinch of standalone management and proper tuning.
Coolant pipes to taste.
Custom made exhaust for added aural pleasure.
Bake for a few weeks at ambient temperature.

There is a dude here in Pta with a blue 9N Polo (twin round lights in front) with a VR6 motor in it, but I have never chatted with him. Seen a the car a few times and it is weird and pleasing to see a Polo with that distinct VR sound.

U can try "automan" (i think thats the name or something similar)

They are situated on Umgeni road. In the same driveway as mo's tyres and revo.

The guys name is Jackie, he does alot of mad conversions. Be prepared for the pricing though - its gonna cost u quite abit.

Duh yeah.

Essentially you will be bolting an entire G3 VR6 front end to your existing car.

Subframe, struts, brakes for front and rear, master cylinder, driveshafts, engine mounts, radiator, clutch and flywheel, gearbox, shifter and cables and a whole truck load of little parts I can't remember now.

Lucky for you you are using a millennium Polo for the conversion. This car is a downsized Mk3 chassis, so most of it will be bolt on swop.

Just a suggestion, find a VR6 donor car for the project before you start. It should save you lots of money. That said it still will be costly, but less so with a donor.

Keep any documents from buying donor car or motor, these will help you when you get police clearance.
