Use a mulitmeter and trace the power wire form the management back to relay pins. That way you know which one it is.

update...
I got a working coded ecu....the throttle is working and pedal is responding now....only problem now is thr is no spark and fuel pump not priming.....I hooked up my vag-com and the only faults that appeared were the throttle and accelerater pedal, I cleared them and nothing returned..,so what could cause no fuel and spark..

Was the ecu coded to your car? Could be the immobiliser is cutting the spark

Are you seeing rpm when you crank it in vcds? Does it show the immobiliser is not active.

without being able to test if the management is putting out a signal it is hard to say. You need to use and led and test if the channel for 1,4 is being fired by the management box

This may or may not be related, I have had two issues with cars and ECU's over the years...

I had a 1996 Mercedes Benz C180 Classic which while I was on the way somewhere died completely and suddenly, nothing in the car would work including lights, radio, etc. It turned out the ECU fried itself and had to be replaced.
I had a 2004 Audi B6 A4 Avant that we couldn't communicate with the engine ECU via the OBDII port. @JVR and I started doing some basic electric connectivity testing one Saturday morning to trace where the fault was. JVR asked me to retest something as he thought he had bumped a connector and so put it back on properly. We managed to connect to the ECU after that so the issue was simply a connector not on properly.
