The main purpose of a block and crank is for it to be part of an engine, so I guess you need both those items to complete an entire engine build and then use it in a car.

Use stock crank and rods, slip some 2.5 caravel pistons in it with an 8V head, and boom 8:1 compression

boost it with T3 turbo , easy peasy- of you dont want this option,,, the list may still apply- letters A-P.
