Mk2 16v Oil buzzer

Hey guys, have an annoying issue with my Mk2. While driving, after the car warms up the oil buzzer comes on but only between 2750 and 3000rpm. As soon as I go over 3000rpm the buzzer goes off and if I drive under 2750rpm then it doesn’t come on.

I changed the oil and both oil switches on the filter housing.

It’s a stock AAL motor.

Any advice/insight?

Checked the oil pressure physically with a gauge? Do that first to make sure it is ok.
A while ago there was a big dicsussion on those and how to test both switches and circuits. If you search you'll find it. Not rehashing the whole thing again.

oil pressure might be dropping due to the Main bearings/ big-ends or oil pump.
