Evening guys. My vw polo 1.6 engine refuses to start after I changed oil seals including the rear main seal. I have no idea what the problem might be. It just keeps on bending valves
Help pls

The dimple on the cam sprocket aligned with the mark just over the 10mm bolt that holds the plastic cover. Heard it could be the rear main seal timing

Dimple on cam pulley must be aligned with the plastic pointer, the crank sprocket must align with "2v"

I have polo 9n bah
Just did the head and now the car does not rev pass 5500rpm

Most likely timing that is out.
Put crank on tdc nark and check all other timing marks.
