Polo 1800 crank

Post by DeanK »

Good evening Forum

Is a Polo 1800 crank the same as a golf 1800 crank?

Busy building the 16V on Dean's old 1300 block , but need a 1800 crank.

One available in Cape Town , but it is a Polo 1800 crank.

Thank you

AC

Aren't the old 1.1/1.3 blocks completely different?

Sorry, I meant more about getting the head to fit. Crank will fit.

But I’m probably wrong
