Howsit i need to no what oil to use on my 1.6 polo bah engine code
'06 MK5 Gti - viezu sw and viper dp
'87 Jetta cli 16v exec
'08 polo 1.6 comfortline
'03 mk4 gti - revo sw and fastcar exhaust
'85 mk2 gti 1.8 8v

Any good mineral 20w50 will be fine. Like shell helix hx3.

I see goldwagen de la ray sells the liqui moly,,only heard good things about this oil,,they also have other addictives as well like antifreeze also in the liquid moly brand exc

Yes nothing wrong with liqui moly. They tend to be high end oils which is pretty expensive. But absolutely no problem with quality.

Been to my local spares shop and they offering me magnatec or hx7. Which is better

I generally use hx5 (15w40) in the bah and blm

this is another debate starting now, I've used gastrol magnatec in my Honda without any problems and using shell red bottle 20W50 in my caddy now without any problems so ya, so cannot comment any bad things for any of the 2

There is nothing wrong with the lubricating properties of castrol. What it does in the long run is cause sludge. If you don't mind a dirty engine inside continue or use the castrol.
That is all I will say on that.
