Tuners in Pietermaritzburg for Dictator Management

Hi guys

As the header states, looking for any leads to a good tuner in Pietermaritzburg for the Dictator system.

I have a 2009 Citi Rox 1.4i and it seems I am plagued with the MPI ecu issue of hesitation on acceleration, loss of power, Rough idling etc

Any help will be greatly appreciated
