big end
cam

interestingly have never rebuilt one of those. If you PM me your vin and engine no I might be able to pull it up on elsawin.

did you manage to get the torque settings, I also require them for 1.4 Vivo CLP motor

Tensioner gave up, chain jumped a few teeth and bent all intake valves, so whilst head is out I am going to do rings and bearings

from the below thread the head is 40nm + 90deg + 90deg, I just require big ends

Panic managed to get me the torque settings, thanks, see below

Head - 30nm + 90deg + 90deg
Mains - 65nm + 90deg
B/Ends - 30nm + 90deg
Cam Caps - 30nm + 90deg

Golf 1.4i AGY motor. Is there a torque setting for the exhaust manifold nuts? I am using copper nuts.
