6R polo flat spot

Post by georgie »

Trying to figure out a strange flat spot on pull away on my 1.6 cross.

Happens randomly on pull away where the car feels completely dead for like a second then it's back to normal :???:

Its very random though, not just when car is cold or warm or anything specific.

It feels almost as if there is a delay in the dbw. Diagnostics picks up no faults.

Also notice a bit of a ping sometimes, unless these engines just sound weird.

Yep, seems to only happen after slowing down. Not all the time though.

I think its the car ecu ...readjustment , during time we get "lag" .car did that from day 1( bought it brand new ). Don't think it should be concerning .
