1.6 vivo polo torque settings

Hi Guys

The wifes 2012 1.6 polo comfortline blew headgasget and yes i tried it myself hahaha well all is working out so far and will see how it goes with cam timing and the chains hehehe
But i need some torque settings on the head and on the cam cover

are there no torque settings for the head in the gasket set you bought?. What make gasket did you buy.
What engine code?

@Panic- is it me or there is not much technical info available on the net for Vivo's.

hi Unobeat theres no info on vivos ive tried searching only find things regarding styling the car no technical information

Vivo is local to south africa. Does not exist outside of our borders hence very little tech info.
Cls engine code does though. Will ask somebody that will have the info.

40nm and 2x90turns. Cam box was about 9nm and 90turn.
The bts and cls engine codes are the same.

Oh yes for the chain timing you will need the tool to line up the cams as you need to loosen the pulleys to tension chain. The crank you can line up with centre rib and key way.
