ABF torque setting

Can anybody assist me with the torque settings from top to bottom for an ABF motor.
Head studs are ARP and conrods also

ARP settings is different from standard strecth bolts iirc.
Std settings...
Head - tighten 40nm and then torque to 60nm + 90deg turn
Conrods - 25nm
Crankshaft Bolts - 65nm

ARP head studs get torqued to 110Nm in 3 stages

do the first stage torque 5 times to make absolutely sure the head is seated.
do the second stage 3 times to double check.
Then do the final degree TTY torque.
