when i retarding the ignition timing i get slow acceleration and bad performance and if it was ingnition timing broblem becouse i advancing it to much why the knocking is only at the 4th gear in full throttle

Please let someone qualified look at the vehicle. You're on course to breaking it.

You should also remember that the car is in Cairo, the weather is very hot there and this will contribute to a knocking condition.

I would retard the timing, you have lost lots of power by advancing it so far.

i know the temp in egypt is hot but when i run with my car at high speed and this knocking happen was at 2 am and the temp was 15c

Try retarding ignition timing ever so slightly, use a "7" heat range single prong NGK spark plug with a gap smaller than 0.7mm and try using higher octane. Try that for starters.
