CitiROX wont start - Please help
please assist. the long version.
Yesterday, while trying to pull away, the car just died. It had a slight miss before it did, as it does when you are out of fuel. I could start it immediately, had to swing a bit.
Today, on my way to work in traffic, it died the same way … Twice. Third time it just refused to start.
What I have done since:
Checked both relays, they seem fine, I tested in another car I have standing at home.
Also checked the 2 big fuses next to the battery, fine as well.
I removed the 2 pipes from the filter, when I swing the motor, no fuel!
Is the fuel pump the only other possible problem?
Where is it located?
Hope I provided enough info.

Fuel pump located driver side rear, under the car.

Re: CitiROX wont start - Please help
nothing from the pump itself, but a buzzing sound from the front somewhere close to the throttle.

Re: CitiROX wont start - Please help
Maybe disconnect the pipe from the fuel pump and turn the car on to see if the pump is pumping. just be careful as its a couple of bar pressure going to come out the end. unless someone here has another way of testing it..
also ask Comm to move this thread to the N/a technical section, more traffic there so will get more replies

Yeah, that's the throttle body doing it's thing, but you're supposed to hear another buzzing sound from the back. It could be an aftermarket immobilizer messing around, mabe one of the wires to the fuel pump that's poofed or the pump itself.playa69 wrote:nothing from the pump itself, but a buzzing sound from the front somewhere close to the throttle.

Re: CitiROX wont start - Please help
Then either immobilizer cutting fuel relay or probably fuel pump. maybe remove your fuel pump and see if it works on the other car before you replace it!

Re: CitiROX wont start - Please help
Small update, I removed the pump, connected it to the battery and it seems fine. Anything else? Also, no aftermarket alarm or immobilizer.
