Re: Vacuum pipe on a 16V
The only vac pipe I can see there is the one i tried drawing in. It connect to the back of that gadget there and the other end goes to the back of the throttle.

Re: Vacuum pipe on a 16V
There are 2 more. One goes to the fuel consumption gauge in the cluster and the other goes to the ignition management box.

Re: Vacuum pipe on a 16V
HAHAHA thanks UDC....typing to fast...i meant the one in the cluster
i reconnected them all as the one is the cluster was off...there were 2 that was hanging under the trottle and i put those onto the throttle body pipe as it had 2 outlets...
just a question off the topic...the ISV valve when you turn the key on it should buzz or vibrate right ?....does this do this constantly or does it which on / off

Re: Vacuum pipe on a 16V
thanks panic...
mine is running constanly...however the idle is still rough and when you come to a stop it swtches off or idles very low...
i was reading on some forums, that i should try clean it with some electrical parts cleaner / throttle body cleaner... as it might be clogged internally...
do you think this would help till i find another one ?

Re: Vacuum pipe on a 16V
hey Jet Li...
how you.... well the car went to the mechanic and he said that the airflow was set wrong...so he brought it back to where it should and its alot better... however now and then the car jerks but at high revs at like 4000 - 5500...but its not so often anymore... so im not to sure what it can be...but im going to do a full tune with panic mechanic and see once its tuned if it still does it..
