Remove all ideas of modding that motor and save till you afford the turbo motor...else you throwing away money that could be put towards the turbo engine

Re: Power upgrade no turbo A3
Guys when you talk N/A there is only the usual x amount or means of modding a motor to make more power and it ALL involves getting more air into the motor for the reason that more air allows you to burn more fuel(which makes more power). So the usual route is cams, flow, capacity, exhaust.
But as polony rightly pointed out, if your aim is saving for a 20vt then leave the damn thing along and put that money in the piggybank. You'll spend about halve the price of a 20v engine buying just cams alone.
