Denso Iridium Spark Plugs

Hi guys,

So took the kart out for a spin on the weekend. I am trying to eliminate some issues regarding the kart.

Can anyone advise what the equivalent of this plug is and where I can buy it. If I can get the actual plug that would be preferred. what do these plugs go for? Please also comment on the pics that I will post up later of the actual plug.

Although I see its listed for a small capacity engine, you can try a bike dealership. Most superbikes use iridium plugs. they go for about R130 or more per plug.

Honda / Suzuki / Yamaha / Kawasaki dealerships.

They don't stock it. I have found two suppliers: MIRSA/RKT in Vereeniging and KArt Sport South Africa at Killarney Race track.

My Honda runs Iridiums from factory (105 000km plug service intervals).

Speak to Chris at Formula R Motorsport. He might be able to get you the heat range you need.

Are you based in Slaap Stad or Jhb? I see you mention Vereeniging but your location says Cape Town.

If you are in Jhb, have you tried Full Throttle?

Managed to get them at Kart Sport for R230 per plug.
