16V water issue inside the car

Hi Guys

i replaced the radiator hoses and the hose that connects from the water pump to the oil cooler the the head on my Golf 2 2.0 16V. now the issue i have is that when the car starts warming up the car starts steaming throught the vents..

what will cause this..

Heater matrix in the dash has gone bye-bye.

or you can bypass and live without a heater....

Was thinking of doing a bypass but trying to keep it original and working
