Polo 1.4tdi AMF Not Starting

Hi Guys

Hope all are well...
My 2004 Polo 1.4tdi AMF suddenly decided to not start at all.
When turning ON:
The fuel pump primes,
All the Indication lights on the Dash comes on and off like normal.

And then while Cranking:
The rev counter picks up to about 250rpm
The Glowplug light flashes, and the Engine light comes on.
As soon as the Engine light flash, the RPM would drop a bit, and then back to 250rpm.
And so it continues

Sometimes a tickling sound is comming from the Engine (Injector Tick sound). Sometimes not
The 109 relay, and the 58 relay is Energized, but oscillating while Cranking. (ON OFF ON OFF ect)

Is it time to get the Vuurhoutjies and Petrol?
...or did someone had a similar issue before?

Your help would be much appreciated

Me again :bang: :bang:

Okay, as stated above, I'm still struggling with my Polo...

At first the Glowplug light was flashing, and when scanned with an OBD reader, no faults were found. On a later stage, the Glowplug light only came 'ON' when the car was switched ON, and immediately will go 'OFF'. (Like normal). Still NO start

What we have done so far:

Changed:
Crank Sensor
Cam Sensor
Diesel Filter
T-fitting ontop of filter

Ecu was send for check. Found in order.
We checked the timing marks and found on spot.
Checked and tested Injector Harness, found in order.
Changed all 3x injectors with working ones, and inspected the plastic fuel distribution pipe inside the Cylinder head.
Fuel line was bled.
EGR Valve is clean, and the Shut-off valve is in the Open Position
Wiring was physically checked and all relays seems to work. Fuses is all in order.
The in-tank pump is working, and the Tandem Pump was changed from a running engine

When a Petrol-lappie is held infront of the intake, the engine will crank and then start and will run till the Petrol fumes is finished.

Took the Glowplugs out, and noticed only Cylinder #1 is getting Diesel. Meaning only Injector #1 is 'firing' while Cranking.
On the OBD reader the Crank RPM = +/- 280rpm
Battery is full and Strong.

Please HELP!!
