Greetings gents,
Thinking of getting a mild stage 1 map on my BXE to take me to about 96-100kw. I am hearing horror stories about these BXE’s. I am currently on 230K. Bad idea? Good idea?
Many thankses

Re: Jetta V BXE mild remap
Nice looking Jetta
If it was me, leave as it is. Having first hand experience, when it comes to tuning, the gremlins comes out.
Tuning is something I have done and experienced issues that the tuners refused to help me with or made some ridiculous excuses for.
I good buddy of mine once told me, if you want a faster car, just buy a faster car.
You don't want to risk putting unnecessary strain on any components based on your mileage.
That's my opinion...
