Gentlemen
My Ibiza Fr is due for its routine 5000km oil change
I was contemplating adding the liqui moly ceratec as well as using the fuel additive or system cleaner. There's no real precedence for it, just figured it'd be good maintenance.
Any thoughts on these products and do you think they actually make a difference?

Re: Ceratec and Injector Cleaner
Not sure if placebo effect or not, but I used LM Engine flush on my TReg and seems like it did it's job. Will use again.....CoalWorld23 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 23, 2022 7:16 am Any thoughts on these products and do you think they actually make a difference?

Re: Ceratec and Injector Cleaner
I think I'll try it out
And see what happens
Car is running well so I don't think there'd be much of a difference if any but I suppose if it can "clean" the system, that'd be a bonus

Re: Ceratec and Injector Cleaner
Liqui moly products perform the way they are advertised.
I use most of the stuff in their range, havnt been able to tell the difference with ceratec yet, but the fuel additives do work proper on petrol and diesel, especially the diesel purge.

When a car tailgates me, i slow down - then floor it and give them a cloud of diesel smoke to choke on

I've seen some purge vids on YouTube. Seems like quite a processAshveer03 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 24, 2022 3:38 am Liqui moly products perform the way they are advertised.

Re: Ceratec and Injector Cleaner
